Friends of the School

Friends of Brompton and Sawdon Primary School raise money to support activities and trips and help to fund resources, which enrich your child’s learning.

Interested in getting involved?

We are always looking for new people to join us and fresh fundraising ideas are always welcomed. There is not a huge commitment, whatever time/help you can offer would be appreciated.

What we do:

Events we have organised include:

Christmas fair,
Bake sales
Raffles
Beetle drives
Domino drives
Christmas party
End of year barbeque
And many more!

We have contributed to the purchase of i-Pads for use by the whole school, covered the cost of the pantomime trip, helped to fund a variety of trips eg The Chocolate Story, Falling Foss, NYMR, transport to swimming and many other extras!

Fundraising

Through the year there are lots of opportunities for us to raise funds and show our support for Charities both locally and nationally.
